General Terms and Conditions of Sale (TCGV)

By using this website, you agree to the following terms and
conditions. Please read them carefully. TT SPIRIT SRL reserves the right
to modify these terms without prior notice. The latest version is always
available on this page.

Accessing or using this website implies acceptance of these
terms and represents a binding agreement between the parties. The relationship
between the parties is governed by:

    No. 34/2014 on consumer rights in contracts
  • Law No.
    363/2007 on combating unfair practices and harmonizing consumer protection
    regulations with European legislation

2. Acceptance of TCGV

The TCGV applies to all sales of goods and services via www.tt-spirit.com

    using the site, you agree to the TCGV.
  • It is
    the buyer’s responsibility to review and accept the TCGV before placing an
    order.

3. Copyright

All content on www.tt-spirit.com, including images,
descriptions, and graphics, is the property of TT SPIRIT SRL and its
partners. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or download is strictly prohibited
without written consent.

4. Contract Completion

  • By
    placing an order, the buyer agrees to communication via email or phone
    from TT SPIRIT SRL.
  • The
    contract is valid upon order confirmation via email or phone.
  • Unconfirmed
    orders are not considered valid contracts.

5. Returns

Buyers have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract, in
accordance with GEO No. 34/2014.

  • Notification
    of intent to return must be sent in writing to info@tt-spirit.com
  • Returned
    items must be in original condition; damaged or personalized items cannot
    be returned.
  • The
    buyer covers return shipping costs unless agreed otherwise. Refunds will
    be issued within 14 calendar days of withdrawal notification or receipt of
    returned goods.

6. Pricing and Payments

  • Prices
    include VAT and are displayed on the product page. Delivery costs are
    specified separately.
  • The
    price on the invoice matches the price confirmed at the time of order.

7. Working Hours and Deliveries

  • Working
    Hours:     Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
  • Delivery
    Time:     2–30 business days after order confirmation.
  • Deliveries
    are made via third-party couriers, and delays may occur.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Product
    descriptions and images are for informational purposes and may contain
    errors.
  • Links
    to external sites are subject to their respective terms and conditions.

9. Technical Limitations

TT SPIRIT SRL is not liable for technical issues
preventing site access.

10. Buyer’s Obligations

  • Provide accurate and current information.
  • Accept the TCGV and pay the order amount using available methods.

11. Seller’s Obligations

  • Confirm orders via email or phone.
  • Deliver products within 30 days if in stock.
  • Use customer data in compliance with the site’s privacy policy.
  • Address complaints and inquiries promptly.

12. Disputes

This agreement is governed by Romanian law. Disputes unresolved amicably will be referred to the Bucharest Municipality Tribunal.
