The tournament will be held at the SUN PLAZA SHOPPING MALL SPORTS HALL.
TOURNAMENT OVERVIEW
Our goal is to deliver a high-level Open Table Tennis Tournament with exceptional facilities:
Arena Features:
- 16 KBS tables (expandable to 20 tables)
- Parquet flooring
CATEGORIES
- Open Singles Category : Not limited by age
- Doubles Category : Not limited by age / Men’s – Women’s – Mix Doubles
REGISTRATIONS

Late registrations may be accepted if the limits are available. Please be informed that we will have 120 players limit for singles and 60 doubles registrations.
PARTICIPATION FEES
-
- Open Singles Category : 60 RON/player
- Doubles : 80 RON/double
DRAW PROCEDURES

- The draw will occur prior to each event.
- Schedules, player lists, and draws will be available online at www.tt-spirit.com
- There will be 2 categories (Hobby/Advanced and Open/Elite).
- In each category, maximum 60 players will be registered.

Open/Elite category; First stage groups of 6 players, top 3 qualify for Elite eliminations and last 3 players qualify for Open Eliminations.

Hobby/Advanced category; First stage groups of 6 players, top 3 qualify for Advanced eliminations and last 3 players qualify for Hobby Eliminations.
- After the group matches elimination matches will be played

After the group matches automatically generated elimination tables.

15/02/2025 SATURDAY
- 08:00 – 08:45 : Open Single Tournament participation confirmation and the payment of the fees
- 08:00 – 09:00 : Access to tables and warming up
- 09:00 – 14:15 : Group matches
- 14:15 – 17:00 : Elimination matches
- 17:00 – 17:30 : Award ceremony
16/02/2025 SUNDAY
- 08:00 – 08:45 : Open Double Tournament participation confirmation and the payment of the fees
- 08:00 – 09:00 : Access to tables and warming up
- 09:00 – 12:00 : First stage double group matches
- 12:30 – 14:00 : Second stage double group matches
- 14:30 – 17:00 : Elimination matches
- 17:00 – 17:30 : Award ceremony
The Organizing Committee reserves the right to adjust the program as necessary.
