We have 220 player registration limit and applications submitted after the deadline may be considered if the limit permits.

Application Process for the International Open and Veterans (Masters) Table Tennis Tournament 2025

Instructions for Online Registration:

1. Create an Account:
   • Visit Tournament Software Sign-Up.
   • Provide accurate personal information, including your date of birth, which is essential for tournament categorization.
   • After registration, confirm your email address by following the activation link sent to your inbox.
2. Submit Tournament Entry:
   • Navigate to the tournament’s registration pagefrom the link below.

   • Select “Online entry with your current account.”
   • Complete the entry form in five steps:
     1. Agreement                              : Acknowledge and accept the tournament regulations.
     2. Personal Details                      : Ensure all personal information is accurate.
     3. Event Selection                       :
        • Choose the events you wish to participate in.
        • For doubles events, if you do not have a partner, select “I am still looking for a partner.”
     4. Review                                     : Verify all entered information for accuracy.
     5. Submission                              : Submit your registration.

Important Notes:

• Each participant must complete a separate registration for both individual and doubles events.
• Participants may enter their respective age category and the Open tournament.
